Please note that Dr. Roginsky will usually return calls during business hours. If you need to speak with a mental health specialist immediately, use the resources provided below.

If you or your child are currently in crisis, please seek help immediately. Do not wait for an appointment if you have concerns about your safety or the safety of your family. If you would like to learn more about how to cope with your child’s mental health crisis please follow the link below for NAMI.

If you are in immediate danger, please call 9-1-1 or go to your local emergency room right away.

If you are in crisis and would benefit from talking to someone by phone, please call 2-1-1. There are mobile crisis teams available for both children and adults.

Infoline Crisis Services

Call Infoline by dialing 2-1-1 from anywhere in Connecticut. You will speak to a caseworker who can help make it easier for you to find information, discover options or deal with a crisis. Infoline is certified by the American Association of Suicidology.
